“Not all people with autism are the same. Autism is a spectrum, it has many forms and every individual is unique in their own way,” says Grace, our in-house basketball champ who’s busy carving a niche for herself in the circuit nationally and internationally.

Diversity is having a seat at the table, inclusion is having a voice, and belonging is letting that voice be heard. Coach Willie’s vision is to have a world where everyone belongs.

Imagine being bullied and excluded all your life. This is the norm of many people with intellectual disabilities, including Florence. But Special Olympics gave her the confidence to beat the odds. She excelled in sports and at work, proving that there are no limits.
